Rest and Reset Yoga Day Retreat

Settle into Autumn with this nurturing and nourishing day retreat filled with treats and practices to help you feel rejuvenated and rested. Join us at the serene Pickeridge Farm tucked away on a 120 acre working farm in a secluded valley between West Hoathly and Ardingly. Newly converted and eco-friendly, their modern barn offers a spacious and contemporary space for the perfect day.

In this day retreat, we will…

• Move through a revitalising yoga sequence with senior teacher Charlotte and tune into the art of embodiment for a full body and mind experience

• Embark on a mindful forest walk to unplug and immerse yourself in nature (weather dependent)

• Enjoy nourishing seasonal snacks, refreshments and lunch with plenty of places to sit and enjoy time alone or immersed with the group

• Deeply relax through a wonderful sound bath, restorative yoga and an optional sauna session

  This is a fantastic retreat for those who want to enjoy a day spoiling themselves with movement, nature, nutrition, sound and heat. If you're a total beginner yogi then don't worry, Charlotte will guide you through the basics allowing you to access an experience that is perfect for you.
