This day is all about nourishment. Take time to reset the body and mind after the holiday season. Enjoy two long and leisurely extended yoga classes, and eat delicious, healthy foods and juices from You Juice.
Emily will guide you through a morning dynamic vinyasa flow class appropriate for all levels, and after lunch, we’ll continue to relax through a gentle restorative yoga session. We’ll end the day with yoga nidra to ensure you leave feeling deeply rested and nourished.
We’ll also send you on your way with a nutritious and hearty meal pot to eat at home so you can end the day on a healthy note. ☺
