Vinyasa fundamentals workshop

A Vinyasa Flow class can feel amazing – getting swept up in the flowing movement, harnessing the power of the breath, and feeling part of the group energy. In this workshop, we will break down the main components of a vinyasa (plank to chaturanga to cobra/up dog to downward dog).
This workshop will be great for beginners, but also anyone who practices vinyasa flow regularly and sometimes wonders ‘am I doing it right?’
There is no right or wrong way to do a vinyasa, but in this workshop, we will explore the various modifications you can make to suit your body and skeletal structure to ensure you are practicing in safe, healthy way.
