What is mindfulness? What is meditation? Why is breathwork beneficial?

The world seems to move at a frantic pace these days. We are inundated with information, and our attention is pulled in a million directions at once. Never before has it been so hard – yet so crucial – to pause, look inside, and learn how to self-regulate our nervous system so we have control over our thoughts and reactions.

This foundation course will give you real-life tools to begin to incorporate mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork into your life. Each session, you’ll learn new meditation and breath techniques to practice on your own throughout the week. You’ll be supported throughout the course with handouts, audio recordings, and recommended reading to enrich your learning.

This course is appropriate for anyone new to mindfulness and breathwork, or those who are more experienced but want to refresh their learning and create a more consistent self-practice.
