We know stepping into your first yoga class can be daunting. Everyone seems to know what they’re doing, the teacher seems to be speaking in a different language, and they expect us to touch our toes??!
This course is for those who have never done yoga before or those with a bit of experience but want to learn the fundamentals. The course will take you through the commonly practiced poses in a yoga class, the breath techniques, how to modify poses to suit your body, and other fundamentals which will give you the confidence to attend any yoga class afterwards.
Absolutely no experience necessary! No spandex, lycra, or even tight clothing required! Come exactly as you are and we’ll welcome you there.
