Kate Anderson
Kate worked for 15 years in corporate communication, as a film producer at an internationally renowned London corporate production company. During this time she developed a daily yoga practice as a counter to the physical and mental demands of her job. After taking time out to become a mum to 3 kids, Kate trained to teach yoga in 2013. She’s been working as a full-time yoga teacher since 2016.
Kate now teaches a diverse range of classes, from sessions for corporate clients in Sussex and London, running and managing her own open classes, through a variety of tailored 1-1 private sessions, to specialised classes with pregnant and postnatal women, plus weekly combined yoga and physiotherapy classes run jointly with a physiotherapist. Kate is qualified to teach hatha, vinyasa, restorative, postnatal and pregnancy yoga.
